I offer an initial complimentary phone consultation (15-20 minutes) to discuss your needs and expectations, and to ensure my approach is a fit for your therapy goals.

50-minute individual sessions- $155 USD

Group offerings- TBA, stay tuned!

I reserve some sliding scale spots to those experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to inquire about a reduced fee.

At this time, I am an in-network provider with Premera and Lifewise. For all other insurance companies I am considered an out-of-network provider. Some insurance networks cover out-of-network psychotherapy, in which case I can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

Payment- All major credit cards are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

Telehealth policy- I currently offer virtual therapy sessions to those in Washington State using a HIPAA-compliant platform that is easily accessible from a phone, tablet, or computer.

Cancellation policy- Please note that I require 24 hour notice for all cancellations.
