Orientation and Approach-
My hope and goal for therapeutic work is to facilitate more ease and understanding of what’s happening within our body and mind. Many folks seek out therapy when they feel like their brain and body are getting in the way of them creating the life they want to live.
As a person-centered and social justice informed therapist, I strive to provide a non-judgmental environment that feels affirming of your identities and experiences. Using a trauma-informed approach, I utilize aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory, in addition to somatic approaches to aid in healing from painful experiences and feel more grounded in life.

Individual Therapy- For all clients I encourage 50 minute, weekly or biweekly sessions to allow for consistent support and to foster a stable foundation from which we can dive deeply into our work together. This is discussed and assessed on an individual basis with each client.
Group Therapy- In progress, stay tuned!
